Abstract
ABSTRACT The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the supervisor support, Goal clarity, and training on the regional financial accounting system. Type of this research was a survey method. Setting of this research was the Central Lampung government. Sampling technique used in this research was a purposive sampling. The number of respondents of this research was 70 people. Data collecting technique used in this research was questionnaire. Data analysis technique was a multiple linear analysis. The result of this research showed that the superior support, goal clarity, and training had an effect on the regional financial accounting system utilization.
