Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of financial performance (Return on Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Dividend Ratio) to the company value (Price Book Value). This research uses a quantitative approach that determines the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Regression results show that Debt to Equity Ratio has influence on the Company Value, Return on Assets and Dividend Ratio has not influence on Company Value.
