Abstract

The rapid development of information technology makes many changes in various aspects of human life. One that is quite a concern is in terms of data management. Data is a valuable asset that can be used to make policy decisions, implement strategies, or make decisions. Data is processed first before being converted into information. Data processing can be done in various media, for example, is through operational databases, operational applications, or using data warehouse technology. Data warehouse is a relational database that can be used to improve an agency or company's performance, by collecting historical data based on transaction data and then extracting it out, transforming it, and then processing it that it becomes beneficial information for management. Data warehouse technology is used to integrate data on agricultural production in South Lampung Regency. The creation of a data warehouse is used to find information that supports the monitoring of agricultural production fluctuations in the South Lampung Regency. The data warehouse that is formed then be processed into an Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) database using SQL Server Business Intelligence and Star Schema. The data warehouse that is formed can calculate the total and average value of the production of commodities from each sub-district in South Lampung Regency which will be displayed in a multidimensional on OLAP.
