Abstract

ABSTRACT THE PIGEON LOFTS AUTOMATIC SYSTEM BASED ON INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) By Rino Cahya Prasetya Pigeons in Indonesia are a wealth of fauna. The qualitative and quantitative phenotypic diversity of pigeons is still high. Pigeons or also called dara have long been used to produce meat, races, performances, and even for communication purposes (pigeon post). Keeping pigeons by bird enthusiasts is just for fun (hobby). Pigeons are a type of bird that humans are familiar with. Pigeons are not only kept as pets, namely as ornamental and racing livestock. The system is designed using load cell sensors, servo motors, nodeMCUesp8266, magnetic sensors, stepper motors, and uses the web to monitor pigeon cage equipment. The load cell sensor is used to determine the condition of the pigeons in the cage and is monitored via the web, so the user knows the condition of the pigeons in the cage.
