Abstract
The Government Of The Republic Of Indonesia allocated out a massive budget for village community development through Dana Desa fund. East Lampung Regency has 264 Villages that receive Dana Desa from the Central Government and Regional Governments. Utilization of Dana Desa must be properly guarded so that the results are effective. Oversight of the Village Fund carried out by the East Lampung District Inspectorate provides added value to effectiveness of the village fund program for the community. To increase the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing Dana Desa supervision, BPKP has developed the Village Financial Monitoring System (Siswaskeudes) application, which is an audit tool for the Inspectorate to supervise villages using Siskeudes. This study will discuss the analysis of project management implemented by the East Lampung Regency Inspectorate in carrying out Village Financial Oversight. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Siswaskeudes is able to provide benefits in the management of structured and documented supervision. However, this has not run optimally due to limitations in the technological aspect and the scope of supervision felt by the Inspectorate of East Lampung Regency.
