Abstract

Pilar Properti is one of the Housing Marketing Agent companies located in Bandar Lampung, established since January 9, 2020, with the address on Jalan Pramuka Gg. Way Lalaan Rajabasa. Currently, the sales promotion of houses at Pilar Properti still relies on brochures, flyers, newspapers, and banners, visiting government agencies and companies for promotional presentations and cooperation requests for house purchases for employees, conducting exhibitions, and promotions on social media such as Facebook and Instagram. The design of the Subsidized Housing E-Marketing system at Pilar Properti, Bandar Lampung, based on the web, was designed using UML, using the prototype system development method. This system was implemented using PHP programming language and MySQL. The system testing used a black box system. This built system can facilitate users/customers to view house classifications, available units to reserve houses, facilitate admins to inform sold house units, and ongoing promotional information. This system can also facilitate checking customer reports who have made booking payments and archiving documents in case of damage and loss of those documents.
