Abstract
viii ABSTRACT ANDROID BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN SHOES AND CARE LAMPUNG By: MUAMAR NABILA e-mail: muamarnabila@gmail.com Information systems and computer technology are developing very rapidly. In line with the large need for information, the development of information technology can not be separated from the rapid development of computer technology because computers are media that can provide convenience for humans in completing their work. Based on the information obtained by the problem in Lampung Shoes and Care, Shoeshine and Drop it Clean shows that the current business process still has shortcomings due to the difficulty of store managers in disseminating information and displaying business locations and the lack of time efficiency for customers in using services. Based on the above problems the objectives of this study were to assist the store manager in building a service information system, easily accessible location and improve the quality of service performance provided by Shoes and Care Lampung, Shoeshine and Drop it Clean. Therefore, the method used was to use the data collection methods through observation, interviews and literature studies as well as the systems development methods used waterfalls with 4 stages used, namely system requirements, system design, implementation, and integration and testing. The results of this study can help the managers of Lampung Shoe and Care stores, Shoeshine and Drop it Clean in developing the service ordering information system, displaying store locations and distributing promotions.
