Abstract

ABSTRACT ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF HORISON LAMPUNG HOTEL EMPLOYEES BASED ON NON PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND COMPENSATION By: Ragilia Safitri Organizational commitment is related to the level of people’s involvement with the organization they work in and are interested in staying in the organization. Committed employees tend to be more responsible in providing services. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the non-physical work environment and the compensation on the organizational commitment of Horison Lampung Hotel employees. The number of the sample used was eighty two respondents determined by using the saturated sampling method. The results of the analysis using the Multiple Linear Analysis Regressions for F-test and t-test produced that the significance value for the variables of non-physical work environment and compensation was smaller than the significance level (α = 0.05). Therefore, it can be seen that the non-physical work environment and work compensation variables partially or simultaneously affect the organizational commitment of the employees of Horison Lampung Hotel.
