Abstract

Computer laboratory is a very important facility to support practicum learning. Everystudy program at the Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business definitely uses acomputer laboratory in the context of superior learning based on research and information technology. However, over time, computer devices must experience problems or damage whichcan hinderthe practical learning process. The repair process must be carried out quickly sothat practical learning is not hampered. Computers with problems or damaged status are repaired andrecorded using a form, then reported to the laboratory coordinator. Damageddata then recapitulated for evaluation, this process takes time because the recapitulation process cannotdirectly realtime. The constraints that occur are processes that are less effectivein handling computer laboratory damage. The laboratory coordinator cannot get a quicksummary of damage data. Therefore it is necessary to have a reporting, handling and monitoring system forcomputer laboratory IIB Darmajaya so that repair, monitoring andreporting activities can becarried out quickly so that practicum learning can run smoothly. This study uses the Extreme Programming method. Extreme programming method is an objectoriented approach method, does not require a large team, adaptive to change. This research produces a mobile applicationfor reporting damage data and a website-based application for monitoring and recapitulating laboratory damage at IIB Darmajaya.
