Abstract

Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision-making method in the decision-making system with an objective for determinant the best choise from the alternative. The alternatives would choise in this research is the priority criteria in higher education competitiveness development strategy. In this research use criteria base on the RAISE++ model are Relevance (R). Academic Atmosphere (A), Internal management (I), Sustainability (S), Effeciency and Productivity (E), Acces and Equity (+), Leadreship (L), The data collecting method in the research from questioneres and use smartPLS for data analysis. Base on analysis, obtained priority criteria in higher education competitiveness development strategy use AHP method are the first prirority criteria is sustainabiliy with weight 0.555, the second priority criteria is leadreship with weight 0.336, the third pririty criteria is internal management with weights 0.294, the fourth criteria is academic atsmospehres wiht weights 0.116, The fifth priority criteria is relevance with weight 0.103, The sixth priority criteria is access criteria and equity with weights 0.093, and the last priority criteria is efficiency and productivity with weight 0.040. Competitiveness criteria have sub-criteria of highest priority compelte infrastructure with a weight of 0.853. This research result in the criteria that are very influential in the development of higher education compotitiveness is sustainabiliy nad leadership. While the higher education compotitiveness criteria are influenced by complete infrastrucuture. key words : priority of criteria, higher education compotitiveness, RAISE++, Analytical Hierarchy Process
