Abstract

ABSTRAK PENERAPAN TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL TERHADAP SIKAP NASABAH PADA APLIKASI BRIMO MOBILE BANKING DI BANDAR LAMPUNG Oleh Intan Novita Anggun Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Technology Acceptance Model Terhadap Sikap Nasabah Pada Aplikasi BRImo Mobile Banking Di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel rumus hair dalam ridwan, dimana jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 130 orang Responden yang mewakili Nasabah Pada Aplikasi BRImo Mobile Banking Di Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah Perceived Usefulness (X1), Percived Ease Of Use (X2). Variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah Sikap Nasabah (Y). Metode analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang berbasis komponen atau varian. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial menghasilkan bahwa variabel Perceived Usefulness dan Percived Ease Of Use berpengaruh terhadap Sikap Nasabah Pada Aplikasi BRImo Mobile Banking di Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Perceived Usefulness, Percived Ease Of Use dan Sikap Nasabah Abstract APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL TO CUSTOMER ATTITUDES ON THE BRIMO MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION IN BANDAR LAMPUNG By: INTAN NOVITA ANGGUN This study aimed to determine the Application of the Technology Acceptance Model to Customer Attitudes on the BRImo Mobile Banking Application in Bandar Lampung. This study used quantitative research. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling technique. The method of determining the sample used the hair formula in Ridwan, where the population in this study was 130 respondents who represent customers on the BRImo Mobile Banking application in Bandar Lampung. The method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component or variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. Partial hypothesis testing showed that the Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use variables affected customer attitudes toward the BRImo Mobile Banking application in Bandar Lampung.
