Abstract
The industrial revolution that has took place within the latest decades, oil-fired by the event and improvement of facts and communication technology has revolutionized the way individuals to speak, work, travel, live, etc. Cities need to adapt to an original dynamic infrastructure that caters to voters. this text presents a top level view of the Smart-City software system and its utility standing.
