Abstract
PT. AndesitLumbung Sejahtera is a company operating in split stone mining. PT.AndesitLumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung is located at Imam BonjolSt. No.423 B, Bandar Lampung. The problem in this study was the low achievement and unstable employee performance, the company needed to create a conducive condition to make employees motivation and feel comfortable, low organizational commitment was found by employees of PT. Andesite Lumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. Andesite Lumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung. The method of determining the sample in this study used saturated samples. The population in this study was employees of PT. AndesitLumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung with 30 employees. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing partially resulted that Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment affected Employee Performance at PT. Andesite Lumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung. Furthermore, simultaneous testing resulted that work motivation and organizational commitment affected Employee Performance in PT. Andesite Lumbung Sejahtera Bandar Lampung.
