Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of emotional intelligence on sales productivity, the effect of work motivation on sales productivity, and to find the effect of emotional intelligence and work motivation on sales productivity. The type of research used the quantitative research. The data source used the primary data. The data research methods in this study used Field Research Techniques in the form of interviews and questionnaire distribution. The population in this study was 31 Sales. The sample was taken from 118 employees with a population of 31 Sales. The instrument requirements test used the validity and reliability tests. The data analysis requirements test used the linearity test, multicollinearity test, and the data analysis method used the multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study found that Emotional Intelligence affected Sales Productivity. The Work Motivation did not affect the Sales Productivity. The Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation did not affect the Sales Productivity
