Abstract
Nowadays, Prostate Cancer is a dangerous disease. It does not cause symptoms because the spread is very slow and sometimes even the patient has reached an advanced stage. This will cause public discomfort in seeking information about Prostate Cancer. The purpose of this study was to design a system for diagnosing Prostate Cancer in the elderly. This application applied the Android-based C4.5 algorithm method to help the public in obtaining information about prostate cancer. The system was designed using the watelfall method and tested using the Black Box method. The result of this study stated that the application was able to provide information to the public about the fact of prostate cancer symptoms. Furthermore, the system development of the application was expectedly able to run online and in mobile
