Abstract
ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to examine the effect of Cash Flow Liquidity and Cash Flow Flexibility on ROA in the Banking Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2015. The variables consisted of the dependent variables namely the ratio of cash flow liquidity, cash flow flexibility, the independent variable was ROA. The sample was banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in years of 2013-2015 taken by using purposive sampling method. The analysis used in the study was regression with SPSS version 20. Based on the calculation result by using regression test, from all existing independent variables, the cash flow ratio to interest, the total debtratio, and cash flow aquedacy ratio had a significant effect on ROA. Whereas the variable of operating cash flowratio, the cash flow ratio to current debt, the capital expenditures ratio, of the fund flow coverage ratio did not have a significant effect ROA.
