Abstract

ABSTRAK Media sosial, blog, jejaring sosial, dan wiki dipergunakan untuk berbagi informasi dan mengunggah file untuk dikonsumsi oleh pengguna di seluruh dunia. I nformasi yang dibagikan berpotensi menimbulkan serangan yang disebut cybercrime. Untuk menanggulangi kejahtan masalah tersebut, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia memiliki unit cybercrime yang akan berperan sebagai Police Army. Namun unit ini belum memiliki wadah untuk menampung laporan atau aduan masyarakat atas tindak kejahatan yang mereka ketahui. Untuk mendukung keamanan pada dunia siber, maka dibangun aplikasi Pusat Pengaduan Tindak kejahatan Cybercrime. Aplikasi ini mengijinkan Pengguna untuk mengadukan tindak kejahatan cybercrime beserta bukti berupa foto atau link (alamat) tautan media sosial tersebut. Aplikasi ini berbasiskan Android yang dapat dipasang atau digunakan melalui media smartphone Android. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan metode prototype terdiri dari communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construck of prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. Aplikasi ini telah diuji coba menggunakan metode blackbox testing yang menguji perangkat lunak dari segi spesifikasi fungsional tanpa menguji design dan kode program. Hasilnya sistem dapat menyimpan data pengaduan dan menampilkan data detail dan juga riwayat pengaduan. Aplikasi ini juga dapat mempermudah kinerja kepolisian dalam menerima serta mengelola data pengaduan tersebut sehingga pihak pelapor dapat mengetahui status dari pengaduan yang dilaporkan. Kata kunci : Cybercrime, Pusat Aduan, Media Sosial, Police Army Social media, blogs, social networks, and wikis are used to share information and upload files for consumption by users around the world. The information shared has the potential to cause an attack called cybercrime. To tackle this crime problem, the Indonesian National Police has a cybercrime unit that will act as the Police Army. However, this unit does not yet have a place to accommodate reports or complaints from the public for crimes they know about. To support security in the cyber world, the Cybercrime Complaint Center application was built. This application allows Users to complain about cybercrime crimes along with evidence in the form of photos or links (addresses) of these social media links. This application is based on Android which can be installed or used via Android smartphone media. This application is made using the prototype method consisting of communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construct of prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. This application has been tested using the blackbox testing method which tests the software in terms of functional specifications without testing the design and program code. As a result, the system can store complaint data and display detailed data and complaint history. This application can also facilitate the performance of the police in receiving and managing the complaint data so that the reporting party can find out the status of the reported complaint.
