Abstract
The system that is used to improve the performance of an organization. CV. Patriot Kencana Medika still use the method of using application Stand alone or can be called stand alone where the storage used is internal so that with the old system has not been able to connect properly to the director, Companies, and suppliers distributing and updating prices at any time. During this time for checking empty goods are done Pre Order (PO), and the marketing in the booking is done by the manual Whatsapp (WA) so ineffective. Get accurate data using interview methods for the staff involved in the goods inventory. The system was developed with the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The design of information systems used are Flow of Document (FOD) and Unified Modelling Language (UML) which are expected to produce a better new system design and can solve existing problems. Besides conducting interviews, literature and other supporting is needed. The system development method that is implemented is the development of system Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
