Abstract
In the current era of globalization, technological progress is very rapid, especially in the field of technology. Where technological advances enter into all areas of the economy, social, and education. Because it is known together that computers are able to play an important role as a tool in data processing and can solve very small problems to very complex problems though. Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung Vocational High School is one of the private schools located in Bandar Lampung. As one of the schools that wants to develop, it requires a faster, more effective and efficient information data processing process, one of which is the attendance process for teaching. In some schools, the teacher's attendance is still done by handwriting which is done by the teacher concerned by filling out the teacher's presence form. For teachers who cannot teach according to the schedule, it will be written as teacher indiscipline which is recorded in the discipline form by the administrative staff every week. This system is still used in several schools in Indonesia. Therefore, information about teacher discipline attendance data is needed such as daily teaching attendance information, permit attendance information, illness, alpha and leave information. Based on the system that is currently running, there are several weaknesses such as manipulation of the presence of teachers who do not teach but write on the attendance list or teacher presence. That way the staff and teachers no longer get leave information by waiting for reports or calling the Administration (TU), but by simply accessing the internet and the school's website easily, it doesn't take long. With these problems, in an effort to build a Web-based Mobile Web-Based Attendance Information System Design and Leave Data Processing system for SMK Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung, a new method is needed in building the system. The system that the author is trying to make uses the PHP programming language using MySQL as the database. Mobile web-based information systems are very widely used because of their easy use and access methods so that they are very effective in helping manage data in schools. Based on the description above, it is necessary to "Design Information Systems and Leave Data Processing Based on Mobile Web" at Gajah Mada SMK Bandar Lampung.
