Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF NON-PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND KNOWLDEGE SHARING ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE CYCLE AND FLYING GANG RAIL ROAD UNITS PT KERETA API PERSERO DIVRE 1V TANJUNG KARANG This study aims to determine the effect of the Non-Physical Work Environment on Employee of the Non-Physical Work Environment and Knowledge Sharing on the Performance of Cycle and Flying Gang employees at PT. KAI Persero Divre IV Tanjung Karang. This research uses quantitative research. non-probability (non- probability sampling technique) with purposive sampling technique. The criteria for employees who are used as samples are 60 employees. Based on the results of that have been carried out, it is found that the non-physical work environment affects the performance of Cycle and Flying gang employees in the Railroad Maintenance Section, Knowledge sharing affects the Performance of Cycle and Flying Gang employees in the Railway Maintenance Section and the non-work environment. Physical activity and knowledge sharing simultaneously affect the performance of Cycle and Flying gang employees in the Railroad Maintenance Section at PT. Indonesian Railways (KAI) Persero Divre IV Tanjung Karang Keywords: Non-Physical Work Environment, Knowledge Sharing and Employee Performance
