Abstract
This research was conducted at the Golden Tulip Springhill Hotel, Lampung. This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment and Work Placement on Employee Performance at the Golden Tulip Springhill Hotel, Lampung. This type of research is quantitative. The data source used is primary data, the data collection method uses Field Research by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 68 employees, with a sample of 68 employees. The sampling method used in this study is a saturated sample. Test the requirements of the instrument used is the Validity Test and Reliability Test. The Data Analysis Requirements Test used is the Linearity Test and Normality Test. Data analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study concluded that Recruitment has an effect on Employee Performance at the Golden Tulip Springhill Hotel Lampung, Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance at the Golden Tulip Springhill Hotel Lampung, and Recruitment and Work Placement has an effect on Employee Performance at the Golden Tulip Springhill Hotel Lampung.
