Abstract

Puncak Aster Cluster is one of the residences with affordable installment prices that has beautiful views, is cool, and far from air pollution but is still near the city of Bandar Lampung which is located in Tanjung Karang sub-district, Bandar Lampung city. During the management process, the peak of the Aster Cluster is still done manually, namely, the marketing department records housing customer data in a notebook, and the property costs for the home designs that customers want are still calculated manually. This creates obstacles such as frequently losing customer data records, requiring a long time to search for customer data, frequent errors in recording and calculations, and disorganized customer information that has and has not been approved. Customer data is also not connected to the administration section, so the admin recaps the data one by one, which takes time to create reports. The solution to this problem was to build a web-based system to carry out the property management process. The system development method used the prototype method. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature studies and was described using UML system design tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. To create this system used the PHP programming language, Visual Studio Code text editor, and MySQL as a database, as well as testing the system using black box. The implementation of this system can be accessed by the public, admin, and marketing. The existence of this system can speed up the customer reporting process and help marketing to report sales results to the admin, as well as assist in making periodic reports
