Abstract

Indonesia is the country that has the highest percentage of delivery application users 74.40% 41% of consumers have more than 2 food delivery applications on their cell phones. This shows that consumers have more choices and are more selective in using food delivery applications, therefore Shopee Food must pay attention to consumer satisfaction. This research aimed to test the effect of perceived enjoyment and discounts on Shopee Food consumer satisfaction. The population selected in this research was all Shopee Food consumers. The sampling method used in this research was nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling technique so that 100 respondents were obtained. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis stated that perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on Shopee Food consumer satisfaction, discounts have a positive and significant effect on Shopee Food consumer satisfaction, and perceived enjoyment and discounts have a significant effect on Shopee Food consumer satisfaction Keywords: Perceived Enjoyment, Discounts, Consumer Satisfaction
