Abstract

PT Cahaya Makmur Sembilan Bandar Lampung is an expedition service (goods transportation and vehicle rental services) in Bandar Lampung. More than 100 fleet of various types that follow SOPs in maintenance to maintain quality of transportation, ensuring timely delivery of goods and conditions good goods when received and cost efficiency in serving inter-island transportation Sumatra and Java. Current achievements are due to good support and cooperation with all customers and experienced team synergy. However, that becomes a problem in practice, responsibility and behavior employees, especially expedition drivers, are dishonest in determining costs travel when delivering goods, thereby showing a lack of attitude employee loyalty so that the impact on employee performance is not good and can be detrimental to the company. The purpose of this research was to prove the effect of rewards, punishments, organizational culture on employee loyalty and its impact on employee performance and to prove how employee loyalty moderated the effect of rewards, punishments and organizational culture on employee performance. The type of research used was quantitative research with confirmatory method. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire which was distributed to the employees of PT. Cahaya Makmur Sembilan Bandar Lampung. There were 60 employees in the expedition driver section who are non-technical probability sampling with Purposive Sampling type. The test tool used was Smart PLS 3 with moderated regression analysis. The result of this study showed that awards had no significant effect on employee performance, punishment did not have a significant effect on employee performance, but organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance as well as employee loyalty moderated rewards and punishments on employee performance but did not moderate organizational culture towards employee performance. Apart from that, employee loyalty had a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Cahaya Makmur Sembilan Bandar Lampung. R Square variance value was 0.855 or 85.5%.
