Abstract
The problem with service bureaus is that the data processing process is still less flexible because it is still done manually. This process affects errors in collecting consumer data, loss of files, and errors in fees given to consumers. Other problems include consumers having to wait for the service results processed by the service bureau for quite long time and having to ask again about the status of orders that have been placed. This often happens because the admin has to respond and process documents from each consumer one by one, so consumers need to obtain information on the status of service orders online. The system produced an online motor vehicle tax payment information system at the Lampung service bureau which was built on a web basis with the implementation of storage media using MySql. The system was built using the prototype method with stages such as listening to customers, building or improving the mockup, and viewing and testing the mockup. The resulting system can be used in the admin section which can manage data on types of services, order services, payments, and print reports. The consumer section can view data on types of services, order services, payments, and print reports. The consumer section can view service type data, place orders, and payments, and can view order status information.
