Abstract
Management and guidance of the final project is one of the processes in writing objective and factual scientific papers that must be written by one or more students. At the Akademi Farmasi Cendikia Farma Husada, the process of managing and guiding the final project is still carried out manually using google forms and Microsoft Excel in the data collection, while in the guidance process the problem experienced by students is the lack of efficiency of the time given so that the guidance cannot run optimally and thoroughly. Therefore, to overcome these problems, it is necessary to evaluate the use of a web-based final project guidance system application that can increase optimization and efficiency in the process of managing and guiding final assignments at the Akademi Farmasi Cendikia Farma Husada. The final project guidance system application will later be used by BAAK, study programs, lecture and students. The final project guidance system application was designed and developed using the Rapid Application Development method, PHP programming language and MySQL as the database center. The results of testing functions and features carried out using the black box testing method with 7 test classes, 14 test items and 14 times testing have provided value results with a percentage of 100% valid.
