Abstract

Jagabaya 1 Sub-District in Bandar Lampung city still faces difficulties in the administration process of population services, ranging from birth certificates, death certificates, and population transfers, all of which are still done manually by coming directly to the sub-district office with a letter of introduction from the neighborhood chief. For archiving, they still use ledgers and paper stacks as data storage, resulting in frequent errors in report generation, lengthy data search processes, lack of updates, and loss of population data. The system development method used the prototype method, and system design uses UML, the implementation of this system uses PHP and MySQL as the database, and system testing used black box testing. The result achieved by this system can facilitate Jagabaya 1 Sub-District in Bandar Lampung city in controlling birth, death, and population transfer data. The system is expected to assist the Jagabaya 1 Sub- District in Bandar Lampung city in quickly issuing birth certificates, death certificates, and population transfer documents. The system is expected to help the Jagabaya 1 Sub-District in Bandar Lampung city in monitoring birth, death, and population transfer data reports.
