Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find out whether knowledge sharing and work experience affected employee work productivity at PT Shinari Putra Kencana. The research method used was quantitative research with a causal nature. The population selected for this study was all employees of PT Shinari Putra Kencana, totaling 45 employees. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling technique, resulting in 31 employees from the sales department of PT Shinari Putra Kencana. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis result showed that knowledge sharing and work experience affected the work productivity of employees at PT Shinari Putra Kencana.
