Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Tri Dharma Artha (TDA) Savings and Loan Cooperative (Ksp). This study uses a type of Quantitative research Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique obtained a sample of 32 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 20 software. The independent variables in this study are Compensation (X1), Work Discipline (X2). The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance (Y). The results of this study indicate that the variables of Compensation, and Work Discipline simultaneously affect Employee Performance. The contribution of the independent variable Compensation to the dependent variable Employee Performance is 82.2%. Work Discipline to the dependent variable Employee Performance is 31.8%. The contribution of the independent variables Compensation and Work Discipline to the dependent variable Employee Performance is 82.5%. The independent variable that has the most dominant influence on the dependent variable is the Compensation factor.
