Abstract
The purpose of the research was to find the effect of training and the non-physical work environment on the work productivity of employees at PT. Budi Berlian Motor Bandar Lampung. This type of research used quantitative research, the data source used was primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used field research, the research data population was all 131 employees of PT Budi Berlian Motor Bandar Lampung. The data sample used was 35 employees in the body repair department. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument requirements test used validity and reality tests. The data analysis requirement test used normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression. The hypothesis test used t test and f test. The result of this research showed that training and the non-physical work environment affected the work productivity of the employees in the body repair division at PT Budi Berlian Motor Bandar Lampung.
