Abstract

The number of internet users in Indonesia continues to increase every year, indicating that e-commerce is growing rapidly. One of the most frequently used e-commerce platforms by Indonesians is Shopee. Shopee has become the largest online shopping application in Indonesia. As more users are interested in using the app, the diversity in user satisfaction levels increases. Shopee offers a comment feature as a review forum for users to leave feedback about the application they use. The reviews provided include various types of ratings, both negative and positive, which will influence other potential users to use the Shopee application. The data collected for this research comes from user ratings made for the Shopee application on Google Play Store. The rating data is divided into two categories: positive data and negative data. The Decision Tree method and the SMOTE-based Decision Tree method are used in model creation.
