Abstract

Informatics & Business Institute Darmajaya Bandar Lampung Email: Randypratama205@gmail.com The development of information technology has changed the way businesses provide services, including in the service industry such as music studios. Tiiwana Music Studio, located in Bandar Lampung, currently still uses a conventional system in marketing and reservations, such as recording studio rental schedules using boards, ordering by telephone, and making reports that are still manual. This condition hinders the effectiveness of services and marketing reach. This study aims to design and build a mobile-based Marketing and Reservation Information System for Tiiwana Music Studio. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The information system developed is able to provide comprehensive solutions including: online marketing that makes it easier for prospective customers to see studio information, mobile studio reservations, automated transaction recording, and faster and more accurate report generation. The application is built using mobile technology by paying attention to aspects of ease of use and a userfriendly interface. The test results show that this information system can improve the efficiency of Tiiwana Music Studio's business processes, expand marketing reach, and improve the quality of service to customers. It is expected that this system can be a strategic solution for the development of music studio businesses in the digital era.
