Abstract

Employee performance in an agency or organization is greatly influenced by various factors, both internal and external. Among them, job promotion, work discipline, and the work environment are the main factors that can significantly influence employee performance. The objective of this study is to determine the effect of job promotion and work discipline, both partially and jointly, on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Middle Type B, Bandar Lampung. The method used in this study was a survey, a quantitative approach, with 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results showed that job promotion (X1) had a significant positive effect on employee performance, discipline (X2) had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and work environment (X3) had a significant positive effect on employee performance.
