Abstract
PT. Biznet Branch Bandar Lampung is one of the leading companies engaged in providing cable-based telecommunications and Multimedia services in Indonesia. It is located in Bandar Lampung on Jendral Sudirman St., Pahoman No. 37d. In this case, the company PT. Biznet Branch Bandar Lampung is engaged in providing the leading cable-based telecommunications and Multimedia services in Indonesia. Biznet owns and operates the most advanced Fiber Optic network and the largest data center in Indonesia since 2000 which has a vision of Indonesia where every individual and business can connect seamlessly to reach their potential individually and collectively. The method of determining the sample in this study used a Stratified Random Sampling sample with 45 employees from the entire employees. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The result of this study found that work motivation and work discipline had a positive effect on employee performance in PT. Biznet Branch Bandar Lampung. Furthermore, work motivation and work discipline affected the performance of employees of PT. Biznet Branch Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance
