Abstract
ASTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORKLOAD AND WORK STRESS ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMAN 1 PAGELARAN Arham Bima Sakti The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload and work stress on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Pagelaran. The population in this study was all teachers of SMAN 1 Pagelaran totaling 40 people. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression analysis method. The research data was processed using Microsoft excel and SPSS software version 20. The independent variables in this study were workload (X1) and work stress (X2), and the dependent variable in this study was teacher performance (Y). The result showed that workload (X1) and work stress (X2) affected the performance of SMAN 1 Pagelaran teachers. Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Teacher Performance
