Abstract

ABSTRACT EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION, SUPERVISION AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY (K3) ON TECHNICIAN PERFORMANCE IN PT TRI CAHAYA TEKNIK BANDAR LAMPUNG By: Alvina Salsabila 1612110203 The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work motivation, supervision, and occupational health and safety on technician performance. The type of research used in this case is quantitative research with the associative method. This research was conducted at PT. Tri Cahaya Teknik, Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling using saturated sampling techniques. Respondents in this study were 34 technicians. Methods of data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and hypothesis testing using the t test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of work motivation on technician performance, there is an effect of supervision on technician performance, and there is an effect of occupational health and safety (K3) on technician performance
