Abstract

ABSTRACT A MOBILE-BASED INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR BOOKING A WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE AT ODHO ORGANIZER By YOGI PRATAMA Yogipratama9627@gmail.com Odho Organizer was the company which provided a wedding planning service. Odho organizer was located at Pusri 2 Alley, Sumur Batu Sub-District, North Teluk Betung District, Bandar Lampung City. The problem found in this research was that the customers still physically came, booked, and paid the wedding event service in the Odho Organizer location so that it became ineffective and inefficient. The method used in this research was the waterfall model known as linear sequential model. The waterfall model provided a sequential software life-flow approach e.g., analysing, designing, coding, testing, and maintaining (supporting) stages. The objective of this research was building a mobile-based information system for booking a wedding wedding planning service. The result of this research was that the system was able to facilitate customers in terms of receiving and getting the wedding package so that it was expected to be able to attract customers to book wedding packages at Odho Organizer.
