Abstract

ABSTRAK SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN BERBASIS MOBILE PADA UPTD PUSKESMAS RAWAT INAP WATES Oleh Melinda Yumaeroh: 1611050094 Puskesmas merupakan institusi pelayanan umum yang bergerak dibidang Kesehatan Kabupaten atau Kota maupun desa untuk menyelenggarakan tugas-tugas operasional dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pembangunan kesehatan di wilayah kerjanya. Seringkali ada kartu rekam medis yang hilang dan rusak lalu dibuat kembali hal itu mengakibatkan semakin menumpuknya kartu rekam medis di lemari arsip. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Prototype. Pada tahap-tahap pengembangan sistem tersebut, adapun tindakan yang dilakuan oleh penulis agar pengembangan sistem sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan. Pada sistem ini terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas yang berupa, fasilitasi pengolahan dan pengeditan data berupa inputan, proses dan output yang didapat pada sistem itu sendiri. Sistem ini juga dapat menampilkan informasi pelayanan yang disediakan oleh pihak puskesmas seperti data tenaga medis yang ada dan data poli yang disediakan. kesimpulan mengenai Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Berbasis Mobile Pada UPTD Puskesmas Rawat Inap Wates adalah sebagai berikut. Often there are medical record cards that are lost and damaged and then remade, this causes more and more medical record cards to pile up in the filing cabinet. In this study the system development method used is Prototype. In the stages of developing the system, there are actions taken by the author so that the development of the system is in accordance with what is desired. In this system there are facilities in the form of facilitating data processing and editing in the form of input, process and output obtained on the system itself. This system can also display service information provided by the puskesmas such as data on existing medical personnel and provided poly data. The conclusion regarding the Information System for Mobile-Based Health Services at UPTD Puskesmas Inpatient Wates is as follows.
