Abstract
ABSTRACT Al Furqon Mosque located in Bandar Lampung is the Islamic religion site where people can worship and do all Islamic activities. The information obtained from the pilgrims about the activities was through the announcement board, pamphlet, banner, and mouth-to-mouth information at the time so that when the attendance of the pilgrims was not optimal in the forum. In addition, the mosque's finance management was still done by recording it through the ledger that the information was written on the blackboard so that the mobile-based information system was made by the aim at facilitating the pilgrims in finding the information. The method to develop this system was Rational Unified Process (RUP) which consisted of several stages i.e., the beginning, planning, constructing, and transition stage. The result of this research was in the form of delivering information about mosque activities, mosque cash funds, discussion forums, activity proposal, and Islamic articles through the mobile-based information system.
