Abstract

ABSTRACT SOFTWARE FOR MEASURING CAPABILITY LEVEL OF LIBRARY AUTOMATION SERVICE MANAGEMENT IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AUDIT By Eko Prasetia 1411010083 Library automation is the system that computerizes several procedures in the traditional libraries such as reference management, circulations, public cataloging Audit on information technology is carried out at the library automation service which aims to improve and optimize the library automation service management by managing the service requests and maintaining the business continuity. Implementing the audit on library automation is able to help the library improve the library automation services so that the software was needed in this research to calculate the value of capability level by using COBIT 5 as its framework and Microsoft Excel 2010 as its software. The result of this research was facilitating the library to find out the extent of the management process of library automation services so that the library was able to improve and optimize the service management. The result of this improvement and optimization was seen in the result of the capability level and the gap analysis in Microsoft Excel 2010. Keywords: COBIT 5, Capability Level, Gap Analysis
