Abstract

Darmajaya Institute of Informatics and Business as a private educational institution in Bandar Lampung through the Business and Technology Incubator Unit (Inkubitek) Darmajaya also encourages the growth of national startups from among students. Since 2017, the Business and Technology Incubator (Inkubitek) Darmajaya has held events related to startups such as Darmajaya Technopreneurship and Darmajaya Startup Competition. Inkubitek Darmajaya as a forum that brings together each talent in this case also encountered problems in determining startup teams such as speed problems in determining and accuracy in determining talent where in determining it requires accurate consideration and a short time. In the conventional determination system, the selection team in determining startup talent to provide questionnaires where each question has a weight value. Furthermore, these values must be calculated manually for each participant so that it takes a long time which results in the inefficiency of the determination time. In addition, the conventional value weighting still tends to cause doubts about the results of the conventional determination of the talent. This study aims to design a startup talent role selection system using the FIS Sugeno method. With input variables, namely the results of the informatics competency test, the results of the leadership competency test, and the results of the visual and creativity competency test.
