Abstract
This research aims to develop a website-based system to simplifying the process of collecting thesis trial requirements at the Agency Student Affairs Academic Administration (BAAK). The research method used the device development method waterfall software, applied a structured approach through required analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance and also added a linear search algorithm for made it easier to search for student data. This web-based system provided a significant benefits in increasing efficiency for BAAK operators and staff to simplify the thesis requirements documents collection process. The data were collected be more structured and efficient. The results showed the success of implementing the E-Checklists, allowed thesis requirements document for easier access and manageable.
