Abstract

Transformational leadership style and physical work environment have a close and positive relationship to employee performance. Companies must be able to create comfort that is pleasant for their employees. Transformational leadership style and physical work environment greatly affect the smooth implementation of assigned tasks to employees. This research took PT. Penascope Lampung Branch as an object. In 2022, the company didn't achieve its targets, and implied a profit decrease. This research aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and environmental physical work on employee performance. The research type used was quantitative research using associative methods. The data collection was primarily data through questionnaires and interviews with the company's employees. the population was 42 employees and the sample was 35 of them using the purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses. Test data analysis requirements using normality tests, linearity tests, and multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. This research found that the Transformational Leadership Style has a the positive effect on employee performance and the physical work environment has a positive effect on employee performance.
