Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON TURNOVER INTENTION PT. GALANG TINGGI RAYA By: Timalianda Anjani Turnover intention is the level of movement beyond the membership limit of an organization. If turnover intention at the company increases, then the company must spend more to re-recruit employees. After recruitment, the company also has to re-incur additional costs to train the employee. The objective of the study was to determine the effect of the work motivation and the job satisfaction on the turnover intention at PT. Galang Tinggi Raya. The number of sample used in the study was 31 respondents determined by using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that both partially and simultaneously the work motivation and the job satisfaction had a significant effect on the turnover intention at PT. Galang Tinggi Raya.
