Abstract

ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE COMPETENCE OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION, AND UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ON THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF VILLAGE FUND MANAGEMENT (STUDY ON VILLAGES IN ADILUWIH DISTRICT PRINGSEWU REGENCY) By: DEVI SINTIA 2012120015 This study aims to determine the effect of the Competence of the Village Fund Management Apparatus, Community Participation, and Utilization of Information Technology on the accountability of village fund management, in Adiluwih District, Pringsewu Regency. Based on the results of the analysis conducted from 13 villages in Adiluwih District, Pringsewu Regency, with a population of 52 respondents then used purposive sampling obtained 38 respondents that met the criteria consisting of the village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and BHP / BPD in the Village of Adiluwih District, Pringsewu Regency. The data was processed using SPSS version 26. The data analysis was carried out, namely, multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics, as well as hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test. The results concluded that the competence of village fund management officials affected the accountability of village fund management, community participation did not affect the accountability of village fund management, and the utilization of information technology did not affect the accountability of village fund management. Simultaneously competence of village fund management officials, community participation, and utilization of information technology affected the accountability of village fund management.
