Abstract
ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF NON-PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT AND EXTRINSIC MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY OF PT BIMA SAKTI BAKTI PERSADA SOUTH LAMPUNG By: TOMY CANDRA MUCHPHIE PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada is a company that produces precast concrete in the form of grinders and barriers. This company has problems related to the work productivity of production employees. This study aims to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and extrinsic motivation on the productivity of employees of PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada. This type of research is quantitative with associative methods. Data collection was carried out using the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of the production section of PT. Bima Sakti Bakti Persada totaling 50 people. Data analysis methods using multiple linear regression (t-test and F-test). Data processing was carried out with spss software version 21. the results found that the non-physical work environment and extrinsic motivation affect employee productivity both partially and simultaneously.
