Abstract

ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF PRICE PERCEPTION, BRAND REPUTATION AND SCARCITY ON THE DECISION TO PURCHASE USED CLOTHING (THRIFTING) IN BANDAR LAMPUNG By: Bagas Anom Maulana 1912110428 Email: This study aims to determine the influence of price perception, brand reputation, and scarcity on the decision to purchase used clothing (thrifting) in Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is associative quantitative research. The population selected in this study is all consumers of used clothing (thrifting) in Bandar Lampung, totaling 6,344, obtained from 44 stores. The sampling method used in this study is nonprobability sampling using a purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a 5% error limit, resulting in a sample of 376 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that price perception, brand reputation, and scarcity have a partial or simultaneous influence on the decision to purchase used clothing (thrifting) in Bandar Lampung.
