Kajo Store Bandar Lampung still relies on manual recording using Excel, which causes stockouts or overstock and is prone to data input errors. This study aims to design a web-based inventory information system that can improve stock management efficiency. In developing the system, we apply the Agile Scrum method. The results of the study show that the designed system is able to facilitate real-time inventory management, reduce recording errors, and increase accuracy in inventory management. Keywords: Inventory, Information System, Agile Scrum, stock management, web.
