Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) serving as a moderating variable at PT. Rahadhyan Integrasi Nusantara in the South Sumatra region. The study employed a quantitative, survey-based approach. The population consisted of all 90 employees of the company, and a sample of 47 respondents was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test both the direct effects and the moderating role of OCB. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, OCB moderates these relationships in opposite directions: it had a negative and significant moderating effect on the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, while exerting a positive and significant moderating effect on the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance.
