Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of Workload on the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch, effect of Job Stress on the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch, effect of Workload and Work Stress on the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch. The type of research was the quantitative research with the associative method. The data source used the primary data with the data collection method using the field collection method through distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch as many as 36 people, then determined as the sample. The sampling technique in this study used the saturated sampling technique. The instrument requirements test used the validity test and the reliability test. The data analysis requirements test used linearity test, multi collinearity test. The data analysis method used the multiple linear regression. Then, the hypothesis test used the T test and F test. The result of this study found that the workload affected the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch, Job Stress had an effect on the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch, the Workload and Work Stress affected the Turnover Intention in PT. Federal International Finance Kedaton Branch.
